Machine installation notes: a. First check for impurities such as foam in each tube (including the position of the pump under the machine) to ensure that there are no impurities before the tube is installed. b. When inserting the feeding tube, it is a little tight. It cannot be hard inserted to avoid the front two o-rings being broken. It is recommended to apply some detergent or lubricating oil on the pump body and the feeding tube under the machine (lubricating oil is not included in the product) , the suction tube must be inserted in place. c. When connecting the high pressure pipe, the screws on both ends must be straightened and then tightened with a wrench (no need for any gasket) d. There must be a crescent-shaped gasket at the nozzle position. The nut of the nozzle holder should be tightened to prevent water leakage. When pulling (rotating) the nozzle, the large nut of the nozzle holder should be loosened and pulled out. Pull the nozzle (beware of a small gasket inside) 2.the machine operation sequence a. Turn on the valve with the return valve open b. Start the return pipe with liquid discharge, and then close the return valve (if the return pipe only emits air without liquid, indicating that the feed pipe is not installed, please check the tightness of the feed pipe) c. Close the return valve, the machine will stop when it reaches a certain pressure, so that you can start working d. Pressure regulating valve, adjust pressure according to your own needs The pump body filler on the machine is recommended to use oil once every time (anti-wear hydraulic oil) 3.Shutdown notes a. Shutdown needs to turn off the power switch without unplugging the power supply. Be sure to first put the air pressure in the gun to 0, then open the discharge valve, and finally unplug the power supply. b. There is residual pressure in the machine after shutting down. It is not possible to relieve pressure through the return valve and pressure regulating valve. It can only be relieved by the spray gun. If the operation is improper, it will directly cause the return valve and the pressure regulating valve to be damaged by the residual pressure! Remember! c. The machine can not be idling for more than 30 seconds, or usually used to spray water! d. Always point hydraulic oil to the pump body to extend its life!
