I didn't receive this ring at all, sent baby earrings instead, Im very disa

I was so disappointed in this ring set . It is nothing like the picture . The colour is very of. It’s looks like somebody took fools gold and melted it to look like a ring there is gobs of melted look a like gold on the ring. I ordered 1 and got 2 . I went over the order 3 times before I sent it and I only ordered one. I have been waiting for this ring for 2 years and now I can’t even wear it it looks like a ring out of popcorn . Now I have paid for 2 and both look the same
