Perfect fit for the person I bought it for the Item came on time in good condition

What should have been delivered the first time!

I ordered a size 6 and received a size 4!!.. As the shoes were purchased for a family wedding I don't have time to return them and wait on the correct size and so I reluctantly had to sell them on eBay for a a fraction of the cost and panic purchase another pair from a city centre retailer at a huge cost and stress to myself. How hard is it to get the correct size!! Not happy at all.😠 You seemed to get the correct size after I commented on social media!!! Not only that but a perfect pair,perfect size and packaged more professionally and of a higher quality were delivered twice as quick along with an apology from what was obviously a computer Intelligence program. ( I am a Masters degree technician in analytical sciences). I will continue to use your app and retail services,..but make no mistake....I will be leaving social media reports on every item. Including the Deadly Bow and Arrow deals and Deadly Bowie and Rambo style knifes you still advertise and sell to anyone without age certification!

Wrong size again first time I ordered them I asked for 39 you said I ordered the wrong size but I ordered a second pair size 39 and when I looked at my order which is on its way is 36.5 this is not acceptable I have a few orders in with you at the moment but I will Not b shopping with u again and I will b lodging a complaint and putting on facebook

ordered a 7 and got a 37 which is a 6...not too pleased with that but shoe is nice and of great quality
