I don't know anything about it other than it showed up and never work light comes on but the music comes out have tried all the ways it has but nothing

Well 2 things. 1) no power supply only the cord to plug into the device and on the other end nothing to plug in to the wall outlet. 2nd it had a short in it from factory and messed up/destroyed my speakers then the device got really hot and smelled funny and stopped working. now I have no speakers and a broken amplifier. Thanks...
